Designed by Patricia Urquiola, the Edo range blends different cultural references and formal suggestions. Edo refers to the Latin "edere" - that is "to eat" - but it is also the ancient name of Tokyo, where the simple and graceful lines that inspired the design of this cookware ranger come from.
The Edo range is available in a number of different sized Fry pans, 2 handled casseroles, 2 handled Stockpots, saucepans, wok and grill pan, along with the matching lid sizes. All lids are sold separately and can be used on any Edo piece of the same diameter.
Made in cast-iron, the grill pan contains a magnetic steel bottom. As all other pieces in the Edo range it is suitable for Gas, Electric and Induction cook tops
